As part of our ongoing commitment to Customer Service, we spend a great deal of time discussing Website needs and Marketing strategies with customers. With a strong background in IT and Computer Customer Service, Sean acts as a freindly advisor to customers as they grapple with the everyday problems with computers, viruses, e-mail, browsers, etc. Nothing is more frustrating than getting a new computer and trying to get all of the programs working together. We are easy to get in touch with and don't mind helping when we can.

One "shop rule" we all live by is to take care of our current customers first ... no exceptions. As we design and work on database applications for new customers, our current customers all receive priority service when it comes to upgrades, corrections and problem solving.
